I have purchased one of your reports and have difficulties downloading it to my computer. Can you please help?
We recommend that you first download the file to your hard disk and then start Adobe Acrobat Reader, and open our report pdf-file directly from within Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you attempt to open the report file within Explorer or Netscape, it is quite likely that you will have problems due to insufficient memory.
I have purchased one of your reports and have difficulties opening it on my computer. Can you please help?
Some common problems are:
- Adobe Acrobat version incompatibility. Solution: update to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you may download free of charge from Adobe Corporation's website: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
- Insufficient memory. Our reports include a large number of high-quality images and require a substantial amount of memory. Make sure your computer has sufficient memory, and allocate sufficient memory to Adobe Acrobat Reader when opening our reports.
- Opening files within Internet Explorer or Netscape. We recommend that you first download the file to your hard disk and then start Adobe Acrobat Reader, and open our report pdf-file directly from within Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you attempt to open the report file within Explorer or Netscape, it is quite likely that you will have problems due to insufficient memory.
I changed my mind: can I return a report for a refund?
Like most other companies selling market research reports online, due to the nature of our research report products our sales are final and we do not provide refunds and do not accept returns. We have attempted to provide much detail about the content of the reports, including normally a list of contents, a description and sample pages. Please feel free to ask us any questions to help you decide whether a particular research reports will fulfill your need for information.
Permissions: Can I have permission to reprint images/tables/content?
We frequently receive requests for permission to reproduce figures, images, photographs or text from our publications or from our website.
