Negotation simulation programs are based on model technology licensing negotiations or other model cases. (These simulation
cases are similar to what a real negotiation team might encounter, but are not those of a real situation).
Simulation and training programs are tailored to customer needs, and 1 or 2 day programs are most commonly chosen by
customers. Our trainers have trained both US and Japanese teams from some of the world's largest and most important
high-technology companies. Therefore in a particular situations, our trainers can explain the differences in how
