Telecommunications & internet:
We work with one of Japan's largest corporations to assist entrance and investment
in Europe's internet and electronic commerce markets. In a sequence of project
contracts, Eurotechnology-Team prepared a
comprehensive
analysis of Europe's internet markets according to the criteria of our client,
of the competitive situation, trends, technologies, legal and political framework,
and searched for possible partners. We approached
selected corporations as possible candidates for partnership or investment, and investigated
specific areas of Europe's internet markets in detail, and prepared strategy alternatives.
Eurotechnology performs projects in the internet markets in extremely short time frame

A Eurotechnology-Team prepared a comprehensive assessment of Japan's environmental
technology markets according to our customer's needs, including for example, key
commercial opportunities, key problem areas, major
market segments, legal framework and trends, regulatory framework and trends,
analysis of major players (corporations, ministries, industry associations,
local authorities, etc). We analyzed the competitive
situation and prepared particular strategic opportunities and
strategy alternatives.

Our Fee Structure and Conditions:
Generally we will propose a combination of an Up-front-retainer (to establish commitment),
remuneration for work done, success fee, and/or commission and/or fixed price and/or
equity participation.
