Compensation:

We are flexible to agree on the best compensation structure to share project risks and to align our interests. We always require a fee payment (retainer payment) towards our operation costs to ensure client committment and to share risks plus success dependent payments. Realities usually do not allow us to accept proposals which are "success fee" only.
 

Incorporation:

Eurotechnology Japan K. K. is incorporated as a Kabushiki Kaisha (K. K., joint stock corporation) under Japanese Commercial Law in Tokyo. We are an independent Corporation and do not belong to a large industrial group or government.
 

Our team:

Eurotechnology Japan K. K. has a Board of 3 Directors as well as a Corporate Auditor.
Our members are all experience multi-nationals, experts in their field. Our team includes Engineers, and experienced business people.
